Who is the Pattern Magpie?

The Pattern Magpie is an elusive cheeky character who lives amongst the wind slanted trees of County Down, Northern Ireland.
He likes to search out beautiful prints and patterns for beautiful products! Each one is designed and created exclusively for the Magpie's nest - it really is a trove of printed treasures!

How is all started...

Created by husband and wife team, April and Martin, who combined their passions for design and pattern to bring you a carefully curated range of beautiful prints, cards and notebooks.
Each product is designed in-house and produced either within their studio or by a UK or Irish based manufacturer.
